To avoid cancellation fees, please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellation or no show fees amount to 50% of the service total.
Refund Policy
Raya Hair Co. does not issue refunds on salon services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within two days of your appointment.
Every effort will be made to make any necessary adjustments to your satisfaction.
